How to Set Up Discord Webhook Alerts
- Open your Discord server, click the gear icon next to a text channel, and select Integrations → Webhooks → New Webhook.
- Click Copy Webhook URL.
- In SwapScope, open the Alerts panel, paste your URL into the Discord Webhook URL box, check Enable Discord webhook, and click Send test ping.
- Enable Auto-sync (e.g., every 30s or 1 min) and keep the SwapScope tab open—whenever a watched item enters stock or crosses your target $/1K rate, SwapScope will immediately post an embed to your Discord channel.

Why are RoSwap and Starpets values on different numerical scales?
Starpets Swap uses internal swap points (where high-tier items can be 50,000+ points), while RoSwap's right-side ('You Get') trade pool uses MM2 coin/ticket values (e.g., 7,200). SwapScope normalizes each platform separately into '$ per 1,000 value' so you can rank the best items within each platform.
What does the 'Trap' warning badge mean?
An item is marked as an Illiquid Trap when it has fewer than 1 sale per day (< 7 sales in the last 7 days) on the Starpets marketplace. Even if its $/1K rate looks high on paper, your funds may get stuck waiting days for a buyer. Use the 'No Traps' or 'Best Liquid Gems' preset to exclude them.
How do Discord stock and rate alerts work?
When you enable Auto-sync (e.g., every 30s or 1 min) and keep a SwapScope tab open, SwapScope checks your watched items on every refresh. The moment a watched item enters stock (> 0) or reaches your target $/1K rate, SwapScope plays an audio chime, triggers a desktop notification, and relays a rich embed to your Discord webhook.
Is my Discord Webhook URL stored on a server?
No. Your Discord Webhook URL, fee settings, and watchlists are saved exclusively in your own browser's localStorage. When an alert triggers, your browser sends the webhook URL to SwapScope's stateless relay function solely to deliver the Discord message.
